Ordering Minimums

Emondo Kids minimum order Quantity is $300. A profile and user account must be created on www.emondokids.com.au under the Wholesale Log in Tab . Ordering for wholesale accounts will be done solely in the “Wholesale” section. All special requests must be made through email notification and approved by us. Upon approval of a wholesale account you will be given access to the wholesale portal.

Freight

Freight is not included in the cost of goods. Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow 3-7 days for your order to ship (unless products are on Pre-Order). Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice, a minimum charge of $20.00 will apply.

Returns

EMONDO KIDS products are made of bamboo which is a natural material. Each plate will have its own character from the bamboo used and may vary in grain and color from each other and the one pictured. This is accepted by the buyer when the order is placed and will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued. Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 5 days of receipt. Returns must be made in writing directly to wholesale@emondokids.com.au within 7 days of deliver date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Freight will be charged. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it

Pricing

Price is per Item (not per carton or per display, unless otherwise indicated).

Payments

Emondo Kids accept credit card via Shopify (Visa & MasterCard ), PayPal and EFT payments. Please DO NOT chose AfterPay as it’s only for Retail customers. If you select Afterpay you will be invoiced for the additional fees.
If paying via EFT, please make sure to use the Invoice Number as Reference and email through sales@emondokids.com.au a remittance advice as proof of payment.

Property and Delivery of Goods

The property of the goods passes to the purchaser only after the price of goods has been paid in full. The risk of the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch.

Right of Refusal

Emondo Kids reserves the right to refuse service or credit. Our products and other visual promotional materials can only be used in your retail store, boutique or Online Website and under no circumstances will the Retailer use them on online auction site including, but not limited to eBay.com or online platforms such as Gumtree, Amazon, Etzy or Facebook or in Markets unless approved by myself, Sharon.

Exclusivity

Emondo Kids reserves the right to cancel any sales and agreements with the retailer, if the retailer purchases items that are believed to be in direct competition with our products.

Agreement of Terms

By placing an order with the Emondo Kids, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such changes. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement or any of the other terms and conditions stated herein.

All wholesale information received from EMONDO KIDS is to remain confidential and will not be reproduced at any time.
